Why Humph exists

In 2022, a small charity CEO told us she'd finally secured enough funding to hire a junior marketing coordinator.

The catch? She had no time, no budget or in-house expertise to show that person what good looked like. She was staring at a blank page, asking the questions every growing charity asks:

How do we attract more sponsors?
How do we bring in more donations?
What should we focus on first?

The more charities we spoke to, the more we realised this wasn't a unique problem. It was happening in thousands of small and micro charities across Australia. Important missions. Passionate people.
